Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
Cut the baguettes into slices and brush both sides with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 5 minutes and turn and bake for another 5 minutes.
Leave to cool while you assemble the board.

If not all the toasted bread is used, it can be frozen in an airtight container.
