Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F.
Using a pastry brush, brush the melted butter over the tortillas and sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon.
Bake on an oven tray for 8-10 minutes until the sugar has caramelised and tortillas crispy – the time this takes will depend on the individual oven so watch carefully.
While the tortillas are baking, combine the grated apple with the warmed dulce de leche and place into a serving bowl. Cut tortillas into wedges using scissors and serve immediately on a platter or board with the apple dulce de leche dip, a sprinkle of diced strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate fudge sauce.
